End-user license agreement

This agreement governs your use of the Kapwinder desktop application. By installing or using Kapwinder, you agree to these terms.

1. Perpetual license

A completed one-time purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use Kapwinder. The purchaser may be one individual or one legal entity, but not both and not a group of unrelated users.

2. Two-Mac activation limit

One license may be active on up to 2 Mac computers owned or controlled by the purchaser. You may reset an old activation through the customer portal when a Mac is replaced, erased, sold, or no longer used.

3. Updates

All future Kapwinder updates made generally available for this product are included at no additional charge. This does not promise that any particular feature or update will be created, or that every future macOS release will be supported.

4. Restrictions

You may not sell, sublicense, share, rent, or commercially redistribute your license key or Kapwinder. You may not bypass activation controls or use the software to violate another person’s rights or applicable law. Reverse engineering is prohibited except where applicable law expressly permits it.

5. Ownership

Kapwinder is licensed, not sold. The license gives you the right to use the software; it does not transfer copyrights, trademarks, source code, or other intellectual property.

6. Termination

The license ends if you materially breach this agreement. If that happens, you must stop using Kapwinder and remove all copies. A refund disables the associated license.

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kapwinder is provided “as is” and without warranties not expressly stated here. You are responsible for maintaining backups and confirming file operations. Liability arising from Kapwinder will not exceed the amount you paid for the license, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
